Deep Somatic Awareness
We integrate somatic practices with horse medicine to create a body-centered approach to healing. By increasing awareness of physical sensations like tightness, tension, pain, or relaxation, you learn to recognize how your body communicates emotional states. The horse amplifies this awareness, making the invisible visible.

Our approach is rooted in establishing a relationship of respect and safety between mind and body. Through guided breathwork, somatic practices, and intentional interaction with Corona, you'll experience deeper self-exploration, personal growth, and spiritual attunement. A horse medicine session with Corona and Sonia is an invitation to self-awareness. No horse knowledge or riding skills required. What you do need is an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to receive what Corona mirrors back to you. Each session begins with guided somatic practice and breathwork to help you drop into your body and clarify your intentions. You'll then spend time with Corona, allowing her presence and responses to reveal what needs to be witnessed within. Sonia guides you through the process, helping you interpret the insights and integrate what arises.
Sessions are held in person in Felton, California, and include prompts before and after your visit to support your integration. We offer single 2-hour sessions as well as a three-session package for those wanting to go deeper and create a sustained relationship with Corona over time. This work is especially powerful for those seeking to deepen somatic awareness, access personal power, cultivate self-trust, and connect with the Earth's intelligence through the wisdom of these magnificent beings.
